Senior Account Executive

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team at Instawork. This role requires a proven track record of success in mid-market or enterprise sales, with a focus on establishing collaborative business relationships between Instawork and mid-enterprise light industrial organizations.
As a critical member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for executing the sales strategy for our B2B mobile marketplace app, reaching out to executives and key decision makers across these verticals. You'll utilize a consulting sales process to demonstrate how Instawork is a faster and cost-effective solution compared to competitors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing a collaborative business relationship between Instawork and mid-enterprise light industrial organizations
- Executing the sales strategy for our B2B mobile marketplace app
- Utilizing a consulting sales process to demonstrate the value of Instawork
- Ensuring a top-notch first experience with Instawork and expanding the account in the first months as a customer
- Strategically working an assigned account list to acquire new business
- Providing accurate weekly forecasts and sales plans
- Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to drive revenue growth with new customers
- Providing actionable product feedback to our supporting teams and VP of Sales
Requirements include:
- 3+ years of experience in mid-market or enterprise sales, including pursuits with multiple buyers and stages
- A track record of success, consistently exceeding quota
- Competitive mentality with an innate desire to be at the top of the leaderboard
- Experience following a sales process and methodology (Solutions selling, Challenger, or other)
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Zoominfo
