Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and patients, ensuring their individual needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a welcoming environment for clients and patients by delivering exceptional client service
  • Answer and respond to incoming communications, including phone calls and emails
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Communicate client and patient needs to our medical team
  • Organize and collect medical records
  • Process payments and perform routine office duties
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for working with people and animals. Veterinary experience is preferred but not necessary. If you are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.
