We provide a comprehensive range of services including surgery, internal medicine, oncology, dermatology, neurology, emergency & critical care, and cardiology, with emergency services available around the clock.

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to enhance our emergency department. Our CSRs play a crucial role in assisting clients during emergencies, ensuring that both clients and patients receive the highest level of care. In this role, you will provide compassionate and personalized support to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a calm and welcoming atmosphere for clients and patients through exceptional service.
  • Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism.
  • Effectively communicate client and patient needs to the emergency medical team.
  • Process payments and manage routine office tasks such as scanning and faxing.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of compassion, strong communication skills, and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
