This role will serve as a liaison between our criticalists, emergency clinicians, technicians, client service representatives, and clients, providing support with triage, client communication, and patient discharge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service and communication
  • Support criticalists, emergency clinicians, and technicians with triage and patient care
  • Handle client communication and discharge patients
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless patient care and client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a veterinary hospital is required
