Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to incoming communications and addressing client needs
  • Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring seamless communication with our medical team
  • Communicate client needs to our medical team, ensuring timely and effective care
  • Organize and maintain medical records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Process payments and manage routine office duties
