Our services encompass surgery, internal medicine, oncology, dermatology, neurology, emergency & critical care, and cardiology, with emergency services available around the clock.
Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) for our emergency department. The role of our CSRs is vital in ensuring that our clients and patients receive the highest standard of care during urgent situations. You will be instrumental in providing compassionate and personalized support to meet the unique needs of each client and patient.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster a calm and welcoming atmosphere for clients and patients through outstanding service.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism.
- Relay client and patient needs to the emergency medical team effectively.
- Process payments and manage routine office tasks such as scanning and faxing.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess compassion, strong communication, and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail. We value collaborative team members who are solution-oriented and embrace a mindset geared towards growth. Previous experience in the veterinary field is essential for this role.
