About the Role

Portland Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our emergency department team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Provide exceptional client service by responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Medical Team Support: Communicate effectively with the emergency medical team to ensure seamless care for clients and patients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform routine office duties, including scanning, faxing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Veterinary Experience: Previous experience in a veterinary setting is required.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide calm and welcoming service to clients and patients.
