Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Client Service Representative to join our emergency department. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional client service, communicate effectively with clients and medical staff, and contribute to the overall success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a welcoming environment for clients and patients by delivering exceptional client service
  • Answer and respond to incoming communications, including phone calls and emails
  • Communicate client and patient needs to the emergency medical team
  • Process payments and perform routine office duties
Requirements
