About the Role

Portland Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and patients, ensuring their individual needs are met with kindness, compassion, and personalized attention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a welcoming environment for clients and patients by delivering exceptional client service
  • Answer and respond to incoming communications in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule and manage appointments with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Communicate client and patient needs to the medical team to ensure seamless care
  • Organize and maintain accurate medical records
  • Process payments and handle routine office duties
