Client Relations Specialist

Position Summary:
A dedicated insurance professional is sought to enhance customer engagement and foster relationships within the community. This role involves promoting a range of insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring follow-up as necessary.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing issues.
- Implement a customer-centric, needs-based assessment approach to inform clients about available insurance solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred
- Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license
- Must be able to obtain Life and Health license
