As a representative for Mayra Quaas Insurance, you will cultivate and strengthen customer connections within the community to advocate for State Farm offerings, including automobile, home, and life insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, ensuring follow-up as necessary.
- Deliver timely, precise, and courteous customer support. This includes addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.
- Implement a customer-centric, needs-based assessment to inform clients about their insurance choices.
