Job Overview:

The position of Relationship Banking Officer at Summit Bank involves working closely with clients to identify their needs and promote the Bank's treasury management solutions. This role is essential for driving revenue and enhancing customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in business development activities with existing and potential clients to market treasury management products.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Business Development and Lending, to achieve financial targets and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and ensure seamless installations of treasury management services.
  • Prepare and manage sales agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Monitor and process transactions related to treasury management offerings, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to the Bank's treasury management services based on client feedback and usage data.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and processes for treasury management operations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Additional Duties:
  • Participate in compliance training and maintain organized records.
  • Support departmental functions during peak periods or in the absence of colleagues.
  • Engage in internal committees as needed.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of five years in a related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective client interactions. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and treasury management software, is required.


Physical Requirements:

The role may involve frequent walking and lifting of equipment, as well as the ability to sit for extended periods. Candidates should be able to perform tasks that require manual dexterity and visual acuity.
