Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and depositions with clients and other stakeholders
  • Provide direct contact with clients, assisting attorneys in handling their matters

  • Draft and prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, and motions
  • Ensure timely and accurate electronic filing of documents

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Paralegal or in a related role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in WordPerfect, Microsoft Word, and Excel, as well as legal research databases
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
