Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to enhance our customer relations in a dynamic environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries effectively.

Work Schedule: This position operates Monday through Friday, with standard hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation begins at $20.00 per hour, with a premium for bilingual candidates.

Work Environment: The role is situated in a call center setting, equipped with necessary tools such as a telephone, headset, and computer. While the environment is clean and well-lit, it can be fast-paced and occasionally noisy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist walk-in customers at the front desk with their inquiries.
  • Prepare and distribute necessary documentation to the operations team.
  • Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve customer issues.
  • Utilize company-specific software systems to manage customer interactions.
  • Process customer requests, including service initiation, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions.
  • Calculate service charges, handle payments, and manage cash transactions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in software applications, particularly MS Word and Excel.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment while ensuring attention to detail.
  • Support additional office tasks and collaborate with team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, particularly in high-volume settings.
  • Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and email communication is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
