Key Responsibilities
As a Client Relationship Executive, you will deliver value to our clients by offering expert guidance on dental products, equipment, and services, ensuring mutual success for both clients and our company.
Your main focus will be on sales of products and small equipment to your designated clients, while also expanding sales within your current client base and attracting new clients.
You will manage the sales process, including increasing sales volume of equipment and services by collaborating closely with Equipment Specialists and Service Technicians to nurture existing client relationships and develop new sales opportunities.
Your commitment to integrity, client success, and teamwork, along with your sales expertise and knowledge of dental products, will be crucial for your success in this role.
This position involves outside sales and may require considerable travel based on the assigned territory.
Success Metrics
Sales Goals: Achieve volume, growth, and margin targets for assigned product lines.
Sales Growth: Actively seek new clients and network to expand our business, meeting designated growth objectives.
Full Service Utilization: Ensure clients engage with our full range of services: Equipment, Products, and Support.
Exceptional Client Experience: Strive to provide outstanding service, maintaining effective communication and building strong relationships.
Travel Requirements
Frequent travel by car and airplane to client locations, meetings, and events will be necessary, with potential out-of-town travel up to 50% depending on territory.
Maintaining a valid driver's license and a clean driving record is essential.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred. However, significant experience in dental product sales may substitute for formal education.
2-4 years of successful experience in outside sales within a medical or technical field is required.
Compensation
Starting salary of $60,000 - $80,000 with commission eligibility. Our Sales Account Managers typically earn commissions ranging from 1% to 8.5% on sales.
Salary offers are based on individual qualifications, skills, and experience, ensuring equitable compensation.
