Administrative Assistant

At GK Realty Group, we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in our office. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all documentation efficiently, informing clients about upcoming deadlines, ensuring complete legal compliance in all deals, and coordinating appointments and walkthroughs to deliver exceptional customer service. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our team to bolster our brand presence and coordinate company events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings, travel itineraries, and other appointments for our broker
- Support the real estate office as needed with other assistant duties, such as picking up orders
- Liaise between the supervising broker and clients
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other requests and notify the broker of necessary details
- Keep a balanced record of the broker's business transactions
Requirements:
- Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets, and Multiple Listing Service
- 2+ years experience as a personal assistant, office manager, or related position
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines
- Experience in the real estate industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
