LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant for a contract to hire position in a leading assurance, tax, and financial advisory company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced administrative support to senior partners, leaders, and departments, focusing on strategic initiatives and project coordination.
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including itineraries, agendas, visas, passports, and documentation for foreign travel.
  • Arrange meetings and conference calls, ensuring technical resources and catering for assigned management.
  • Maintain calendars for assigned executives and other members of management as needed.
  • Assist with time and expense entry, and other internal administrative tasks for assigned executives and management.
  • Provide technical training to administrative team members.
  • Collect and analyze data to produce complex reports in support of executive responsibilities.
  • Support the Board of Directors as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day and complex billing requests.
Requirements:
  • Four (4) or more years of administrative experience, required.
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, required.
  • PeopleSoft, Oracle, or comparable enterprise resource planning (ERP) software experience, preferred.
