About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Commercial Account Executive to lead the strategic business growth for our current customers across their assigned territories. As a key member of our team, you'll work directly with existing customers to create business value, close sales opportunities, and drive expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively close business, prospect, and build personal relationships with existing clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and identify strategic opportunities to expand Lucid suite adoption
  • Develop a strong understanding of the target market and personas
  • Meet team standards around activity, accountability, and internal cross-functional SLAs
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years closing experience as an Account Executive or similar role, preferably in tech/SaaS
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Experience in building personal relationships and expanding existing book of accounts
  • Experience with software sales, prospecting, and closing
  • Ability to manage a large number of prospects and opportunities simultaneously
