Hospice Sales Executive

We are looking for a skilled Hospice Sales Executive with a background in hospice services.
At Medi Home Hospice, we are transforming the perception of hospice care by providing a holistic approach that extends beyond end-of-life assistance. Our mission is to offer thorough support and guidance to families throughout their entire hospice journey, positioning ourselves as an educational resource rather than just a service provider.
We seek dynamic, self-motivated, and persuasive professionals who will advocate for hospice care services among hospitals, physicians, long-term care facilities, and skilled nursing establishments. This role is essential in fostering business development alongside a committed team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly personal production targets and admission goals for designated areas.
- Implement a strategic plan on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to enhance market presence through key account management, including prospecting and maintaining contact frequency.
- Conduct effective sales presentations that address the needs of the referral community while clearly articulating the advantages of Medi's services.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to cultivate a growth-oriented vision.
- Handle all sales administration tasks, including CRM management.
- Stay informed about Medicare and state-specific hospice regulations.
- Secure physician orders for necessary treatments and engage in the referral process.
- Promote the full range of services offered by Medi across the hospice spectrum.
Qualifications:
- Experience in physician sales.
- Familiarity with the local hospital and physician market, with established relationships.
- Previous experience in marketing and business development within hospital settings is essential.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work autonomously, and consistently achieve set targets.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and required auto liability insurance.
