Job Summary

Adecco is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in a Regional Sales Representative role. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and fostering strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing innovative solutions to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities among banks and credit unions, leveraging your knowledge of financial services and industry trends.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the technical services team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Communication and Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, effectively communicating the value of our services and solutions.
  • Account Management: Regularly meet with key accounts in your region to ensure client satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
