Known for their unique blend of great food, drinks, and diverse events, they create a welcoming environment for all guests. They prioritize quality, community, and innovation, ensuring every visit is memorable and exciting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, select, and develop a competent team of store personnel who lead the industry in customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain adequate inventory levels to ensure out-of-stocks are eliminated and inventory turns are realized at least once monthly.
  • Training and Development: Provide industry-leading training to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations by effectively communicating with staff using various styles of approach depending on the individual.
  • Store Conditions: Maintain store conditions that meet or exceed company goals.
  • Financial Management: Analyze financial and accounting reports to control expenses such as food cost, inventory, cash control, payroll, etc.
  • Scheduling and Operations: Post staff schedules within the company's timeline and complete recurring tasks on or before scheduled deadlines.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a 95% or higher rating on government health inspections.
