We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team at Info Resume Edge. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top technical talent to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for technical roles.
- Source and identify qualified candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media channels, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates for future hiring needs.
- Partner with the HR team to improve recruiting processes and tools.
- Maintain relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technical job market conditions, and new recruiting tools and practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skills, including software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data science, etc.
- Experience with various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for roles in technology sectors such as software development, cloud computing, AI, and data science.
- Familiarity with coding languages and frameworks, technical certifications, and tech industry trends.
- Certifications in recruiting or HR practices (CIR, AIRS, etc.).
