  • Experience with various sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for roles in technology sectors such as software development, cloud computing, AI, and data science.
  • Familiarity with coding languages and frameworks, technical certifications, and tech industry trends.
  • Certifications in recruiting or HR practices (CIR, AIRS, etc.).
