Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and Strategy

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and Strategy to lead our talent acquisition function. This is a critical role that will play a key part in shaping the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business goals
- Lead a team of talent acquisition professionals to source, attract, and hire top talent
- Partner with organizational leadership to integrate business goals into talent strategy
- Establish performance metrics and facilitate a data-driven approach to communicate talent acquisition goals and progress
- Develop talent programs to enhance sourcing and outreach, quality of hire, and candidate experience
- In partnership with People leadership, define and implement initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workforce
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with 10+ years of experience leading teams
- Deep understanding of the talent needs of OEM, automotive, or a related industry
- Success leading programmatic recruitment efforts
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels of the organization
