About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director, Talent Acquisition and Strategy to lead our talent acquisition function. This is a critical role that will play a key part in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business goals
  • Lead a team of talent acquisition professionals to source, attract, and hire top talent
  • Partner with organizational leadership to integrate business goals into talent strategy
  • Establish performance metrics and facilitate a data-driven approach to communicate talent acquisition goals and progress
  • Develop talent programs to enhance sourcing and outreach, quality of hire, and candidate experience
  • In partnership with People leadership, define and implement initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workforce

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with 10+ years of experience leading teams
  • Deep understanding of the talent needs of OEM, automotive, or a related industry
  • Success leading programmatic recruitment efforts
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels of the organization
