Job Overview

Strategies for Change Group is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our recruitment efforts and build a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent across various departments.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and partnerships with industry organizations, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on workforce planning and talent management.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process and develop strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving and recruitment.
  • Adaptability, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
