Talent Acquisition Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at IFAS LLC. This key role will be responsible for partnering with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the business to deliver top talent.
The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of current federal/state regulations related to employment and be able to adapt to changing priorities. They will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including determining staffing needs, screening candidates, and recommending placements using creative sourcing methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including determining staffing needs, screening candidates, and recommending placements using creative sourcing methods.
- Screen resumes, prescreen candidates, administer appropriate assessments, and reference/background checks.
- Generate and process offer letters on the approval of hiring manager, follow through acceptance.
- Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates.
- Manage internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interview with hiring manager, transfer offer letter, etc.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the interview process status.
- Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
- Ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including Affirmative Action Plan compliance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and a passion for finding the best talent.
- Proven ability to work under pressure.
- Secret clearance a plus.
