Job Overview

This role requires expertise in identifying skill gaps, developing a recruitment strategy, and enhancing talent attraction processes through data-driven approaches. The ideal candidate will have experience in federal talent acquisition, workforce analysis, and strategic hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive workforce assessments to identify current and future skills gaps.
  • Develop a data-driven talent roadmap to close identified gaps and ensure competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics for tracking progress in talent optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on federal recruitment processes.
  • Experience working with large-scale federal projects in developing recruitment strategies.
  • Knowledge and understanding of talent optimization frameworks and workforce analysis.
