Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Addison Group. This is a contract position lasting 4-5 months, requiring a background check.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Utilize niche sites and social media platforms to identify and attract top talent.
  • Apply knowledge of compensation skills to determine competitive salaries.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding for new employees by resolving any issues or barriers.
  • Maintain professional relationships with existing employees.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • High-volume recruiting experience.
  • Proficiency in ATS/HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, organized, and dependable.
  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
