Job Description

At Addison Group, we are seeking a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-paced HR team. This role requires a professional who can manage full life-cycle recruitment while working in a dynamic environment.

The Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including interviewing candidates, guiding hiring managers through decisions, and building talent pipelines. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and the capacity to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates
  • Lead debriefs with hiring managers and provide mentorship through hiring decisions
  • Develop and maintain candidate networks and pipelines
  • Manage full life-cycle recruitment for various roles across the organization
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide support to hiring managers
  • Screen, interview, evaluate, perform reference checks, and manage the process through offer delivery, negotiation, and onboarding

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a nonprofit or fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Minimum of 1 year high-volume recruitment experience
  • Understanding of human resources policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in ATS, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
