Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, communicate, and implement the annual Talent Acquisition Department Business Plan
  • Recruitment, Selection, and Retention
  • Drive Talent Acquisition solutions such as reward and recognition, employee wellbeing, talent management, and leadership programs
  • Manage the salary/award review process
  • Sensitively manage industrial relations within the Hotel, ensuring proactive communication and interaction

Requirements:

  • University/College degree in a related discipline
