Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Specialist to join our team at Associated Retinal Consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced medical office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent patient care and customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Process patient payments and manage billing
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
- Assist with surgery scheduling and consenting
- Prepare exam/treatment rooms and maintain a clean and organized environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient keyboarding skills and knowledge of database systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
The Medical Office Specialist will work in a clean and comfortable office environment with moderate physical activity required. The successful candidate will be required to stand, bend, sit, walk, pull, and lift for most of the work shift.
