About the Role

Staples is a leading business-to-business company that relies on talented professionals like you to drive our success. As a Business Development Specialist - Reactivation, you will play a critical role in engaging with customers whose spending has lapsed, with the goal of reactivating their business with Staples.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to re-engage customers who have stopped purchasing from Staples.
  • Utilize a prioritized call list to drive engagement activities and manage opportunities through the reactivation funnel.
  • Meet weekly and monthly reactivation targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by sales leadership.
  • Consistently meet activity goals and daily metrics, including outbound dials, sell time, and live contacts.
  • Manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records using CRM software.
  • Leverage partnerships with internal teams to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee pricing negotiations and influence on-the-spot pricing decisions to cultivate a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage sales funnels to close opportunities and participate in training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer relationship management abilities.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of account management or related experience.
  • 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
