Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, full-time Real Estate Listing Manager to become an integral part of our real estate sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all facets of seller transactions, preparing listing details, securing necessary signatures for listing agreements, and overseeing MLS listings along with social media promotions.

Your duties will also include coordinating property cleanings and showings, as well as tracking sales activities within our database. The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing personality, strong organizational skills, and a focus on achieving results.

Compensation:

$44,000 - $56,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the showing schedule and liaise with other agents to enhance showing practices and boost home sales.
  • Follow up with sellers to finalize listing agreements, disclosures, and any other necessary documentation for office compliance.
  • Promote homes effectively by maintaining listings on social media and in MLS to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Support real estate agents in selling more properties by managing listings from initial contact through to executed purchase agreements.
  • Compile all listing information, including property photography, pre-listing presentations, comparative market analysis, and online research for each property in the MLS database.
  • Deliver and collect lockboxes, OPEN Riders, and marketing materials for clients.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is highly regarded.
  • College experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Possession of a real estate license or willingness to obtain one is required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Committed to providing an outstanding customer service experience for every client.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are necessary.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
