Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth by prospecting and qualifying leads, with our favorite clients in industrials, manufacturing, blue-collar trades, or healthcare services.

Your primary focus will be identifying businesses that need to enhance operations, project management, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify leads in target industries.
  • Develop strong client relationships and establish partnerships with referral partners.
  • Maintain standards in prospecting activities, appointments set, presentations, and assessment calls.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to refine your approach and improve lead generation.
  • Keep accurate records of prospecting activities and report on metrics regularly.
Requirements:
  • Complete a DISC assessment.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
