Customer Service Representative - Call Center

As a vital member of our team at Capfed, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls and assessing the needs of each caller.
  • Providing direct assistance to customers or routing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to address customer issues and becoming proficient in various systems.
  • Maintaining a high standard of service delivery to all customers.

Work Schedule: Availability required on Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until the end of the shift, totaling 40 hours per week.

  • Efficiently answering incoming calls to reduce customer wait times.
  • Responding to inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Performing various teller duties while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting other departments and branches with customer service needs.
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell products and services that may benefit customers.

It is essential to adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and to report any unsafe practices.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with trust and diplomacy.
