  • Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all incidents, changes, and maintenance activities.
  • Prepare and deliver shift turnover reports to management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant experience.
  • Two years of monitoring experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree.
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate.
  • Security+ or other related security certifications.
