Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Foureyes. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our strategic clients in the automotive vertical.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to define and realize success with Foureyes' data solutions
  • Perform regular Executive Business Reviews to ensure alignment with customer objectives and business changes
  • Manage relationships across multiple key stakeholders within each assigned account
  • Help define and build core processes and best practices related to enterprise account management
  • Develop and build resources to support the growth of this new function and segment
  • Be responsive to customer requests and work closely with the Support Team to ensure high-quality service
  • Uncover opportunities for expansion and manage a pipeline of upsell opportunities within your book of business
  • Project manage new enterprise customers through the onboarding process
  • Develop and maintain success plans for each account within your book of business
  • Report monthly on account health, risks, and opportunities
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in a client-facing and technology-focused role working with enterprise or complex clients
  • 5+ years working within the auto industry for a SaaS company
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across roles within a customer's organization
  • Experience managing customer relationships independently and building/executing technical strategies to drive results
  • Solid understanding of databases, system infrastructure, and architecture
  • Strong ability to work with data solutions that require a consultative approach
  • Magnetic presentation skills with clear communication
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and individually
  • Willingness to travel to meet with clients ~25% of the time
