We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team at New Relic, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and expand our presence in the enterprise software market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new enterprise accounts and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline, and sales performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in the technology industry, preferably in enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of success in new logo sales, with a strong focus on account growth and expansion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, sales automation tools, and other sales technology platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience selling Observability solutions or similar technologies.
  • Technical background or experience working with software development teams.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization or with cross-functional teams.
