Role Overview
The Customer Success division is tasked with cultivating relationships and driving sustained value for Amplitude's clientele.

In the role of Senior Enterprise Customer Success Strategist, you will be pivotal in ensuring our enterprise clients achieve their product objectives.

You will spearhead efforts to comprehend the critical business challenges faced by the product leaders you collaborate with.

As a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Strategist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with Account Executives to devise growth strategies for your portfolio and ensure successful renewals and expansions.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with client executives, including VPs, C-suite leaders, founders, and CEOs.
  • Planning and executing value-driven business reviews with customer executives.
  • Regularly assessing the health of your accounts to identify opportunities for maximizing customer value from Amplitude.
  • Creating tailored success plans that expedite solution adoption and guide customers toward achieving their desired outcomes with Amplitude.
  • Managing the customer journey through effective project management, utilizing both internal and external resources as necessary.
  • Partnering with our Professional Services team to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience, address ad-hoc business inquiries, and share valuable methodologies and insights.
  • Leveraging your expertise in Amplitude products and customer use cases to extract meaningful insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • At least 4 years of experience working with large enterprise SaaS clients.
  • A proven track record of managing software adoption within complex enterprise environments.
  • A customer-centric mindset, coupled with a passion for understanding our clients' businesses.
  • Strong technical aptitude and business insight.
  • A willingness to travel occasionally if based in San Francisco; remote candidates should be open to potential travel up to 50%.
