Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned existing customers, while working to increase the account base through prospecting, networking, and following up on leads.
Pipeline DevelopmentContinually build a pipeline of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
Revenue GrowthExceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a monthly basis.
Product ExpertiseBecome an authority on PayRange products and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers.
Opportunity ManagementTrack all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in our CRM system.
Requirements- Experience
2+ years of Account Management experience, with prior experience selling/partnering with enterprise organizations.
SkillsStrong experience upselling, cross-selling, and navigating through enterprise organizations. Strong experience developing a pipeline of sales opportunities that will allow you to exceed your targets. Managing your own forecast to track progress.
Preferred SkillsHighly organized. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments. Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus.
