About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Onboarding Manager to lead the onboarding process for new sales representatives at Groupon, Inc. This role is pivotal in providing tools and support for success from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding process for new sales representatives to ensure seamless integration into our team.
  • Provide comprehensive training and resources to equip new hires with the necessary skills and knowledge for success.
  • Conduct regular follow-up sessions to reinforce sales techniques and product knowledge, guaranteeing that our sales team is well-equipped to meet customer needs.
  • Analyze new hire performance data to provide actionable feedback, driving growth and improvement within our sales department.
  • Develop innovative strategies to enhance the onboarding experience, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and sales performance using Salesforce, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in outbound sales, with a proven track record of outstanding sales performance.
  • Strong coaching abilities, with a desire to help others succeed and develop their sales talents.
  • Exceptional understanding of numbers and performance metrics, with expertise in working with Salesforce and managing spreadsheets and data effectively.
