Onboarding Sales Team Lead

Are you a sales expert looking to make a real impact at Groupon, Inc.? We're seeking a talented Onboarding Sales Team Lead to join our dynamic Training and Onboarding team.
About the RoleThis exciting role involves leading the onboarding process for new sales representatives, providing them with the skills and support needed to excel in their roles. Key responsibilities include:
- Onboarding: Develop and implement customized onboarding programs that cater to the needs of new hires.
- Coaching: Coach and mentor new hires to help them achieve their sales targets and reach their full potential.
- Management: Closely monitor the progress of new hires, ensuring they stay on track and meet their goals.
- Training: Deliver comprehensive training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and internal systems.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze the performance of new hires using data-driven insights.
- Conflict Resolution: Address any conflicts or issues that arise during the onboarding process.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in outbound sales.
- Sales Skills: A proven track record of outstanding sales performance.
- Leadership: Strong desire to help others succeed and a proven ability to coach and develop sales talent.
- Attention to Detail: Provide new hires with regular check-ins to ensure they're meeting their objectives.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent understanding of numbers and performance metrics.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
