Sales Team Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will oversee the management of sales departments in various states, supervise and mentor field sales managers and supervisors, and ensure that sales teams operate at the highest expected standards.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication and team management skills, and the ability to travel extensively throughout the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales departments in all states where the company operates.
- Supervise and mentor field sales managers and supervisors to achieve performance evaluations and staff development.
- Continuously work on-site and travel for up to 95% of the time.
- Train employees from different projects and departments, as well as the company's partners, which may require traveling out of state.
- Ensure sales departments meet sales expansion quotas and goals.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations Teams to ensure consistent staffing levels and thorough training for onboarded sales teams.
- Design and implement training programs for sales representatives.
- Develop and document job processes, procedures, and techniques.
- Maintain effective communication within the department.
