Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Omni Hotels & Resorts. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train a team of food and beverage staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve staff performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
    • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure profitability and efficiency.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with regular customers and stakeholders.
    • Conduct customer feedback and surveys to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager in a high-volume restaurant or hotel.
    • Prior serving and cash handling experience preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Knowledge of food and beverage financials, including cost and par controls.
    • Ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
