Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage budgeted revenue and net operating income, ensuring accurate and efficient budgeting processes.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement action items to achieve or exceed budgeted revenue and net operating income goals, working closely with the management team to drive results.
  • Food and Beverage Programming: Develop and implement Standard Operating & Service Procedures for restaurant, room service, and bar operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and provide leadership to all Food & Beverage personnel, promoting a culture of excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality of service and product, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Initiate menu planning and preparation, ensuring menus are aligned with brand standards and guest preferences.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local liquor laws, health and sanitation regulations, and other Food & Beverage related life/safety and legal compliance.
  • Team Development: Select, train, discipline, and develop personnel within the department, promoting a culture of excellence and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Skills: Ability to interpret financial and operational data, lead and direct a team, manage time effectively, negotiate, and communicate effectively with the public and team members.
