Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe and adhere to all liquor liability laws and regulations.
  • Have a working knowledge of liquors, beers, and wines, including their characteristics, pairing options, and preparation methods.
  • Restock the bar with essential products and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are available for service.
  • Properly set up and break down the bar area and service station, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Monitor the intake of alcohol of guests, ensuring that they are served responsibly and within legal limits.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience as a Bartender or in a related role is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
