Rising Ground is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional customer service to clients and support the daily operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Manage client communication, including responding to inquiries and providing information in a timely and professional manner.
- Process billing and scheduling functions, including creating appointments and encounter forms.
- Track client appointments and documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Coordinate with staff and supervisors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in all interactions with clients and staff.
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing, unpacking office supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of office experience preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Competence in Microsoft Office software.
- Experience working in a medical or mental health clinic a strong asset.
