We are currently in search of a Master Plumber to enhance our expanding team. The Master Plumber will be a proficient tradesperson responsible for the installation, inspection, and repair of plumbing systems, ensuring that all fixtures within a building function correctly. This role requires a Master Level Plumber with the capability to obtain necessary permits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures in both commercial and residential settings.
  • Collaborate effectively with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
  • Interpret and follow building plans and blueprints accurately.
  • Respond to plumbing emergencies, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform light construction tasks, including carpentry, painting, and electrical work as needed.
  • Prepare detailed bids, budgets, and cost estimates for plumbing projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, time spent, and materials used.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Educate clients on their plumbing needs, financial options, and maintenance plans.
  • Provide expert technical support for effective problem resolution.
  • Achieve revenue targets by adhering to established sales criteria.
  • Stay informed about manufacturer products to enhance professionalism and knowledge.
  • Diagnose and resolve a variety of plumbing issues using appropriate tools.
  • Mentor apprentices, contributing to the development of a skilled workforce.
  • Participate in training sessions to remain current with industry practices.
  • Maintain an organized job site and well-stocked vehicle for operational efficiency.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering satisfaction and generating referrals.
  • Uphold high standards of ethics, honesty, and integrity in all professional interactions.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience preferred.
  • Possession of a Master Plumbing License.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • A clean and safe driving record.

  • Outstanding customer communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player who excels in both team and independent settings.
  • An enthusiastic individual eager to tackle challenges.
  • Physically capable of working on HVAC units, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, kneel, crawl, or climb ladders for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools common in the plumbing trade.
  • Knowledgeable about building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and rough drawings.
  • Familiarity with various plumbing materials, including PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper.
  • Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to complete projects independently.
  • Proficient in basic mathematics and measurement conversions.
