We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Client Care Specialist to join our team. As a Client Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between clients, medical staff, admission staff, nursing staff, and clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and care.
- Monitor medication passes and ensure accurate administration.
- Complete daily security checklists to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Support daily operations within the facility, including clinical groups, meeting attendance, and medication administration.
- Monitor and maintain a safe recovery environment within the facility and living quarters.
- Assist and support Medical, Admission, Nursing, and Clinical staff to ensure a smooth transition for clients to and from detox.
- Perform follow-ups with clients' referral sources as directed by supervisor.
- Develop and assist in the preparation of accurate written reports detailing client progress against monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Orientate clients on admission and provide a warm welcome to our facility.
- Multi-task with attention to detail and interact with staff and clients in a professional manner.
- Participate in staff and state regulatory training as required.
- Communicate with applicable departments to ensure client safety.
- Administer medication, take vital signs, and perform other tasks as needed.
- Adhere to program policies and procedures while maintaining a professional code of ethics.
- Maintain a valid driver's license.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Substance abuse experience preferred.
- Appropriate State and Federal Clearances.
- Must complete Crown Security Training and pass the relevant entry exam.
