Your Role

We are currently seeking an Event Management Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the organization, execution, and follow-up of various events. The Event Management Specialist will also ensure that all attendees have a safe and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of our event management services, including external and internal events.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure proper inventory management, delivery, and setup for all scheduled events.
  • Act as the primary contact for all event-related inquiries, collaborating closely with our communications team.
  • Work with various departments to facilitate events in the community.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors and clients.
  • Evaluate the success of events and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and represent the organization at trade shows.
  • Communicate client needs effectively to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and account information.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for event coordination.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and awareness of safety protocols.
