Your Role
We are currently seeking an Event Management Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the organization, execution, and follow-up of various events. The Event Management Specialist will also ensure that all attendees have a safe and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of our event management services, including external and internal events.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure proper inventory management, delivery, and setup for all scheduled events.
- Act as the primary contact for all event-related inquiries, collaborating closely with our communications team.
- Work with various departments to facilitate events in the community.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors and clients.
- Evaluate the success of events and identify areas for process improvement.
- Respond to sales inquiries and represent the organization at trade shows.
- Communicate client needs effectively to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and account information.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for event coordination.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and awareness of safety protocols.
