We are currently looking for a Master Plumber to enhance our skilled workforce. The Master Plumber will be responsible for the installation, inspection, and repair of plumbing systems, ensuring that all fixtures operate efficiently. This role requires a Master Level Plumber with the capability to obtain necessary permits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, and fixtures in both commercial and residential settings.
  • Collaborate effectively with contractors, electricians, and other professionals in the construction field.
  • Interpret and follow building plans and blueprints accurately.
  • Address plumbing emergencies with prompt diagnosis and resolution.
  • Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Perform light construction tasks, including carpentry, painting, and electrical work as needed.
  • Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets.
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed, time spent, and materials utilized.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Educate clients on plumbing maintenance and financial options.
  • Provide expert technical support for effective problem-solving.
  • Achieve revenue targets through adherence to established sales practices.
  • Stay informed about new products and technologies in the plumbing industry.
  • Diagnose a variety of plumbing issues using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Mentor apprentices, contributing to the development of a skilled workforce.
  • Participate in training sessions to remain current with industry standards.
  • Maintain an organized work environment and a well-stocked service vehicle for efficiency.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering satisfaction and encouraging referrals.
  • Uphold high ethical standards in all professional interactions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of plumbing experience preferred.
  • Possession of a Master Plumbing License.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Clean driving record.
Additional Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to tackle challenges.
  • Physical capability to work on HVAC units, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in various conditions, including outdoor environments.
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools relevant to plumbing.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with various plumbing materials, including PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper.
  • Strong mathematical skills for measurements and conversions.
